The Corporate Directors Forum of San Diego will hold its fifth annual Directors Forum at the University of San Diego on January 22-24, 2012. Mike spoke on "The Perspective of US Corporates Active in European M&A" at the 4th Annual International M & A and Corporate Finance Summit in Montreux, Switzerland on June 16, 2011.
Mike was a panelist at the National Investor Relations Institute 2011 Annual Conference
in Orlando on June 14, 2011 where he participated on a luncheon panel
which discussed "Today's Investor Relations and the Board" along
with TK Kerstetter, President of Corporate Board Member magazine and
Doug Wilburne, Vice President/Investor Relations of Textron Inc.
Mike was a panelist at the Conference Board's Spring 2011 Executive Compensation Conferences in New York on June 6-7, 2011.
Mike and his fellow panelists discussed how boards are reacting to recent changes in compensation committee duties and
expectations.
Mike participated in two panels at the World at Work 2011 Annual Conference in San Diego on May 24, 2011. The first panel was on "How to Build an Effective Relationship with your Compensation Committee" and the second was "The Compensation Committee Comes Alive", a mock compensation committee meeting based upon a case study.

was the featured guest in the March 3, 2011 edition of "This Week in the
Boardroom" hosted by T K Kerstetter, President of Corporate Board
member magazine where they discussed the difficulty of linking company
